In 1983 I purchased my first Dalmatian from Pat Zoscak.  I had no intention of showing a dog so Sparky was a patch.  Sparky was a great companion to my other dog Taco.  Not long after that I decided that showing a dog might be fun so I added two other Dals who turned out to be mostly pets as well.  Having plenty of room for my dogs, I then decided to research the show dog issue and waited more than a year for the one that would get me started, Ch MGR n' Dobro's Country Kate (katy).  Not only was Katy one of the best (in many ways) Dals I have ever had, she produced several champions.  She was hugely loved and passed at the ripe old age of 15.  I've been through most of the ups and downs of showing and breeding over the years and wound up today with 2 champions, 1 show dog & an up and coming puppy.  My life would never have been complete without my dogs.  They mean the world to me.  I am a member of the Puget Sound Dalmatian Club in the Seattle Area.  I am also the club's current Newsletter Editor/publisher, Web Master and Trophy Chairperson.  I am also a member in good standing with the Dalmatian Club of America and the American Kennel Club.
